On entering the event premisies, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. You are also giving consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Comedy Fest and its affiliates and representatives.

Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar events by Comedy Fest in the future, highlight/promote the event and exhibit the capabilities of Comedy Fest. You release Comedy Fest, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Comedy Fest or the person or entity designated to do so by Comedy Fest.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.



We want you to know that the health and safety of our attendees, artists, and team will always be our top priority.

In line with the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) advice, we are still planning on going ahead with Comedy Fest in August 2021.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will be following Government guidance at the time of the event, in partnership with the authorities. 

If the festival is postponed, we can confirm that your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled event.

We are hoping it does not come to this and are really looking forward to welcoming you to the festival at Roundwood Park on 27th - 30th August 2021.

prohibited items

Due to the current security climate, the following are now part of the conditions of entry to Comedy Fest in Roundwood Park. Everyone entering Comedy Fest will be subjected to a search. This would include pat-downs and metal detector checks. Some guests may be asked to for an enhanced search - If you refuse a search, you will not be able to enter the festival. Please note the following items/objects cannot be brought into the park:

  • Food (excluding baby food)

  • Drinks

  • Alcohol

  • Glass Bottles

  • Sharp Objects

  • Pressurised Gas Canisters


You will be asked to surrender any items/objects listed above that do not comply, will be disposed of by our security staff. If you fail to surrender the items/objects you will be refused entry.

est has a safe and enjoyable day.

Comedy Fest welcomes traders, caterers and exhibitors both large & small.  This is a fun family-focused, multi-generational and diverse event, giving you the opportunity to connect with real people in a large, safe and fun environment.
